A graduate of the University of Western Australia with an MBBS in 2003, she participated in the inaugural RCSWA pilot as one of seven students in 2002, solidifying her commitment to rural medicine. After interning at Fremantle Hospital, she trained in general practice across rural Western Australia (2007-2009), qualifying as a GP obstetrician in 2009. Since then, she has practiced at Broadwater Medical Centre and as a Visiting Medical Practitioner for the Western Australian Country Health Service. Joining RCSWA in 2012, she serves as Lead Medical Coordinator and chairs the Busselton Health Campus Medical Advisory Committee (2016-present) and Maternity Services Committee (2014-present). Pursuing advanced research, she commenced a Master of Philosophy in 2018, converting to a PhD awarded by UWA Medical School.

Dr. Moore specializes in rural medical education, mindfulness-based stress reduction for medical trainees, Aboriginal health, and whole-of-life care, including obstetrics and palliative care. Her publications feature "The Western Australian medical schools mindfulness project: a randomised controlled trial" (2024), "Determining the feasibility and effectiveness of brief online mindfulness training for rural medical students" (2020, 51 citations), and works on rural maternity care models and priorities (2022). Awards include the 2013 UWA Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry Excellence in Teaching Award and the 2019 Faye Gale Fellowship for the McGill Whole Person Care Program. She founded the WA General Practice Obstetricians Network (2015) and South West Holistic Health Practitioner Network (2015), led wellness festivals (2016-2018), developed online learning tools, facilitates mindfulness sessions, and contributes to RCSWA committees on research, curriculum, and wellbeing.
