Dr. S. R. Sridharamurthy is the Founder President, Chairman, and Professor of International Business at NSB Bangalore. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from VIT University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, USA, MVSc, and PGDBA. He has also completed the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at IIM Indore and the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) at IIM Ahmedabad. With over 25 years of experience in industry, entrepreneurship, teaching, and training, Dr. Sridharamurthy specializes in International Business, Cross-cultural Management, Corporate Strategy, and Strategy. His leadership has been recognized through awards such as the University Gold Medal and Shiksha Bharati Puraskar.

Under Dr. S. R. Sridharamurthy's guidance, NSB Bangalore was established with a vision to enhance management education and position itself among top MBA colleges in Bangalore. He has overseen the development of a conceptually intensive, industry-relevant, and globally oriented curriculum. Dr. Sridharamurthy assembled a distinguished faculty comprising top national and international management professors.
