Dr. S. Kavitha is an Assistant Professor (Deputed) in the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering at Annamalai University. She holds qualifications of B.E., M.E., and Ph.D., with a specialization in Microelectronics and MEMS. Her work in the Engineering faculty encompasses teaching and research in advanced microelectromechanical systems technologies.
Dr. S. Kavitha's research centers on computer modeling, design, and analysis of piezoresistive MEMS accelerometers and comb drive capacitive accelerometers for concrete structural health monitoring (SHM) applications, seismic monitoring, and bridge health monitoring.
