Gupta's research specializes in surgical pathology, with a focus on head and neck cancers. Her work involves identifying morphologic characteristics, applying immunohistochemical and molecular techniques to improve diagnostic accuracy, and evaluating biomarkers for prognostication and therapeutic targeting in head and neck cancer patients.
