Dr. Rajni Bansal is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 14 years of practice across India, South Africa, and Australia. She obtained her MBBS from the University of Rajasthan and pursued her MD specialization at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), where she further honed her skills in advanced endoscopic and robotic surgery at a multispecialty hospital. After her training in India, she worked in South Africa, managing complex medical and surgical cases for women. Relocating to Australia in 2017, she achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG). During her three years in Alice Springs, she focused on Indigenous women’s health and rural medicine, addressing unique challenges in remote healthcare delivery.
In Perth, Dr. Bansal practices extensively in both public and private sectors, holding appointments at Armadale Hospital, South Perth Hospital, Maddington Specialist Centre, Oasis Fertility Centre, and Star Family Medical Centre. Her special interests include the management of menstrual disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), contraception, pelvic pain, utero-vaginal prolapse, fertility investigations and counselling, and cervical screening with management of abnormal results. She specializes in reproductive medicine and gynecological endoscopy. As a clinical adjunct at Curtin University, Dr. Bansal delivers lectures to medical students and participates in their examinations, actively contributing to the education and training of future healthcare professionals. She remains dedicated to academics and research in reproductive medicine and gynecological endoscopy, sharing her expertise with the next generation.
