Rachel Milosevic serves as a Lecturer in the School of Education, College of Education, Behavioural and Social Sciences at Adelaide University. Her academic qualifications include a Master of Education obtained from the University of South Australia between 2019 and 2021, a Graduate Certificate in Catholic Studies completed from 2003 to 2006 at the same university, and a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education awarded from 1991 to 1993 by the University of South Australia. Since 2013, she has held the position of Lecturer, initially at the University of South Australia, and now at Adelaide University following the institutional merger.
Milosevic teaches a variety of courses essential for teacher education programs. Her offerings in 2025 include Professional Experience 1: Introduction to Educators' Practices (EDUC 1081), Teaching and Learning in Aboriginal Education (EDUC 2061), English Curriculum: Text Production (EDUC 3062), Leadership and Advocacy in Early Childhood (EDUC 4193), Honours Educational Research: Theory, Literature and Policy (EDUC 4224), and Middle Years of Schooling (EDUC 5269). In 2024, she taught Foundations in Learning and Teaching 1: Learning through Play (EDUC 1102), Peers, Relationships and Health (EDUC 4213), and others. She also delivers Classroom Management in Primary Contexts (EDUC 1008), Reflexive Practice and Professional Experience 1 (EDUC 5904), Reflexive Practice and Professional Experience 2: Inquiry (EDUC 6060), and Professional Experience 3: Informed Planning (EDUC 3903). These courses address professional practice, Aboriginal education, curriculum, leadership, health, and classroom management in early childhood and primary contexts.
