Melissa Gainey is a full-time faculty member in the Nursing department at Valencia College, as listed in the School of Nursing ASN Program Student Handbook. Her contact information includes extension 5335 and email mgainey3@valenciacollege.edu. She serves as instructor for key courses in the Associate Science in Nursing (ASN) program, including NUR1061C Health & Illness Physical Hlth. For instance, in fall 2023 (term 202310), she co-taught a combined class/lab section Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Osceola Campus Building 4 room 339 with Marcia Veronica Smythe as primary instructor. In spring 2024 (term 202420), she was primary instructor for NUR1061C combined class/lab on April 28, 2024, and NUR1020C lab sections Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, collaborating with Alice Lynn Cruz and Heather Ann Johnson.
