Dr. Melinda Cline is a professor affiliated with Business & Economics at Florida Gulf Coast University. She holds a Ph.D. in management and information science from Florida State University, earned in 1999, and a Bachelor’s degree in management from the University of West Florida. Dr. Cline has over 15 years of experience teaching at the university level. Prior to her academic career, she accumulated 15 years of professional experience in the freight railroad industry, where she served in leadership and project management roles.
