Melanie Worrall is Senior Manager, Learning and Teaching Innovation at Flinders University, leading initiatives to enhance educational practices through technology integration and innovative teaching strategies. Her professional focus encompasses e-learning, simulation-based training, augmented reality applications in education, web accessibility for simulations, and e-assessment methodologies. Worrall earned an MBA from the University of South Australia, where she distinguished herself by receiving the Chancellor's Award for achieving top performance in her class. Earlier in her career, she contributed to community efforts as a volunteer at the Women's Community Centre and published works on feminist perspectives in community care and societal constructions of ageing, including 'Feminist Perspectives on Community Care in Australia' (1998) and 'Has it never Occurred to you? …’ Societal Construction and Ageing in Australia' (1996).
