Megan Ashker serves as Associate Teaching Professor in Respiratory Care Technology within the Department of Applied Sciences at Bowling Green State University Firelands, a position she has held since August 2013. Her academic background includes a Master of Science in Career and Technical Education from Ferris State University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Notre Dame College, and an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care Technology from Bowling Green State University. As an alumnus of BGSU with her associate degree earned around 2005, Ashker brings practical experience from her career as a respiratory therapist to her teaching role. She was promoted to lecturer in 2019 by the BGSU Board of Trustees, recognizing her contributions to the Respiratory Care program.
