Margaret Grundy serves as the Client Services Administrator and Teaching Coordinator in the Department of Accountancy & Finance at the University of Otago, which is part of the Otago Business School within the Division of Commerce. She earned the same honor again at the DIS Appreciation Awards ceremony held on a Friday at the Staff Club in November 2025, commended for delivering outstanding support and advice to students and staff. Her dedication is reflected in acknowledgments across multiple PhD theses from the department, including works by Pakorn Aschakulporn (2022), Wei Lin (2023), Hiruni A. P. Perera (2024), Lei Liao (2024), Tong Yue (2020), Jianhui Li (2023), and others, where she is thanked for administrative support, handling paperwork, and facilitating proof editing coordination.
