Dr. M. Pallavi serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Business Management at Sardar Patel College, Secunderabad, Telangana, where she oversees the MBA and BBA programs affiliated to Osmania University. Holding qualifications of MBA, M.Com, and Ph.D., she has been actively involved in teaching and administrative roles since joining the institution. As a dedicated educator, she contributes to the department's academic and extracurricular activities, including organizing management development programs and participating in national seminars and conferences.
Dr. M. Pallavi's research focuses on contemporary business topics such as the impact of COVID-19 on the retail sector, digital marketing influences on consumer purchases, shopping mall ambience effects on apparel buying behavior, technological innovations in the insurance industry post-pandemic, and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. Her key publications include 'Consequences of COVID-19 on Retail Sector in India' in the International Journal of Marketing and Human Resource Management (Volume 13, Issue 1, 2022, pp. 59-64); 'Exploring the Impact of Shopping Mall Ambience on Apparel Purchase Behavior' in the British Journal of Psychotherapy (2023); a book chapter titled 'A Study on Research and Technological Innovation in the Insurance Industry after Pandemic' in Holistic Research Perspectives Volume 9 published by National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (2023); and 'A Study on Women Entrepreneurs: Achieving Success and Overcoming Challenges' co-authored with V.
