Kevin Moreau is an Adjunct Instructor in Education at Palm Beach State College, teaching Introduction to the College Experience. This course equips students with foundational skills for academic success. He also serves as Program Grant Manager at Palm Beach State College, managing initiatives including STEM student workshops through the tresPATHS Project in partnership with the STEM Articulation and Transfer program. Moreau has been involved in community service as a contact for the AFC Chapter Toys for Tots Toy Drive. In 2023, he earned a nationally recognized credential in online teaching excellence by completing the ACUE Effective Online Teaching Practices course, co-endorsed by the Association of College and University Educators and the American Council on Education. The program comprises 25 modules on evidence-based practices, including designing effective online courses, establishing productive learning environments, using active learning techniques, promoting higher-order thinking, and utilizing assessments to inform instruction. Participants implement these practices in their courses. Moreau was among 115 Palm Beach State College faculty honored at a pinning ceremony on January 26, 2024. Employment records indicate his adjunct instructor role from 2020 onward, along with additional positions such as Program Grant Manager.
