These efforts implement the goals, strategies, and activities outlined in the University of Otago Pacific Strategic Framework 2022-2030. Fox participates in key events such as Pacific graduation breakfasts and the APSTE Fono 2024. She has also authored korero for university news releases, covering achievements like a Pacific PhD candidate following his father to Cambridge, Otago's first ni-Vanuatu health sciences PhD candidate receiving a grant, Pacific students gaining community service experience, and the first Pacific lecturer in the Otago Business School with a doctorate in accounting. Through these contributions, Fox helps uplift and celebrate Pacific success within the university community.
