Kathryn Temple is the Specialist Events in the External Engagement Division at the University of Otago. The External Engagement Division is responsible for raising the profile of the University and attracting high quality domestic and international students to study at Otago. It embraces a global outlook and leads and promotes activities to increase engagement both nationally and internationally, seeking to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The Division encompasses sub-units including Development and Alumni Relations, Communications, International, Marketing, Schools Liaison, Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships, Pacific Community Engagement, and the Auckland Centre. Within the Marketing sub-unit, expertise covers marketing strategy, design, advertising, event management, website content, and publications. Kathryn Temple works as part of the Events team within Marketing Services, supporting the Division's objectives through event coordination.
