Encourages students to explore new ideas.

A true mentor who cares about success. Jye is the best lecturer I have ever had. He is passionate about learning and about sharing his vast knowledge with his students. Every class contains information that inspires and encourages each student equally. He is inclusive and that is something that I respect and value in life.

Jye is an amazing teacher - very supportive, highly experienced and very knowledgeable. I have always learned so much from him. What makes him special is how comfortable he makes students feel. You can discuss any question or issue with him without hesitation. He is always ready to sort out problems without any objection, always welcomes questions with a smile and is happy to solve them. A truly dedicated and inspiring professor. RMIT is lucky to have him. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything, Jye!

Always supportive and inspiring to all.

Inspires a passion for knowledge and growth. Jye has easily been one of the best (if not THE best) professors I have had in my academic career thus far. The passion and integrity he brings to his teaching and guidance is second to none. I am truthfully hopeful I cross paths with Jye in future to study under him or work alongside him.
