Dr. Jérôme Gippet is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Lausanne. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Lyon in 2016, with a dissertation on patterns of distribution, human-mediated dispersal, and intraspecific variations in urbanized landscapes, focusing on ant responses to urbanization. Prior to his doctorate, he completed a Master of Science in Ecology, Evolution, and Biometry and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology of Organisms and Populations, both at the University of Lyon.
