Jan Brosnahan serves as Conference Manager at the University of Otago. She has coordinated numerous academic conferences and provided administrative support for educational programmes. In 2010, she organized the 4th Australian and New Zealand Falls Prevention Society Conference and related workshops, managing registration at the St David Lecture Theatre Complex and directing enquiries to jan.brosnahan@otago.ac.nz. The programme included sessions on falls prevention and emergency care, with social activities like rowing and biking beside the Otago Harbour.
