Rate My Professor Isaac Selva Raj

His research covers topics such as exercise training effects, physical activity barriers, clinical test reliability, muscle architecture, and sensory testing. Key publications include 'Determining Trendelenburg test validity and reliability using 3-dimensional kinematics and pressure-sensitive insoles' (Chiropractic & Manual Therapies, 2020, cited by 30), 'Changing the physical activity behavior of adults with intellectual disabilities living in supported accommodation' (American Journal of Health Promotion, 2020, cited by 88), 'Moderate to vigorous-intensity continuous training versus high-intensity interval training for physical fitness in adults with intellectual disabilities' (Journal of Intellectual Disability Research), 'Exercise training reduces arterial stiffness in women with high blood pressure: A systematic review and meta-analysis', 'Can quantitative sensory testing predict treatment outcomes in hip osteoarthritis?' (2025), 'The reliability and validity of the BALANCE MAT' (2024), 'Relationship between Rectus Femoris Muscle Architecture and Isokinetic Peak Knee Extension Torque in Physically Active Men' (2025), 'Reliability of ultrasonographic measurement' (2012, 112 citations), and 'Measurements of physical health and functional capacity' (book chapter). He presented 'Effects of eccentrically-biased versus conventional weight training on muscle strength and power' at the 2011 Australian Conference of Science and Medicine in Sport and at the ICSR 2012 on sarcopenia. Isaac Selva Raj has 35 publications and 858 citations on ResearchGate.
