Ian Crowle is an Electrician in the Electrical Services team, part of Trade Services within Property Services at the University of Otago's Dunedin Campus. Property Services operates under the Property and Campus Development Division and is responsible for a wide range of campus infrastructure support functions, including handling building faults and emergencies via the dedicated Help Desk (DDI +64 3 479 8003, ps.helpdesk@otago.ac.nz), reception services (DDI +64 3 479 8012), car parking management (0800 80 80 98, parking@otago.ac.nz), and rubbish disposal coordination (DDI +64 3 470 3427). The administration office is situated at University Plaza Building, 130 Anzac Avenue, Dunedin 9016, led by Acting Director Gordon Roy and supported by Executive Assistant Claire Ramsay. Additional support comes from Health & Safety Advisors Benji Murrell and Chris Pearson, as well as the Business Support Team, which includes Finance Manager Chris Fergusson, Finance Associates Oresta Motha and Ramya Prakash, Lead Administrator Katie Plant, and Administrators Kerry Cooper, Cate Swale, and Dale Bennett.
Property Operations are overseen by Associate Director Rob Wilks, with Facilities Managers such as Alex Borland, Kushla Glover, and Murray McDonald managing various campus areas including Humanities, Sciences, South Campus, Wellington, Medical & Dental Schools, and Christchurch School of Medicine. Energy and Building Controls are headed by Shane Jenkins, with officers Maia Dean and Finn Knowles.
