Professor Hla Hla Yee serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Dental Medicine, Yangon. She earned her B.D.S. from Yangon, M.D.Sc. from Yangon, Dr.D.Sc. in Orthodontics from Yangon, Dip. Med.Ed. from Yangon, and holds the fellowship F.I.C.C.D.E. In her role, she leads the orthodontics department, contributing to dental education and research in orthodontic treatment and malocclusion management within Myanmar's dental academic community.
