Henry Cooney is an Adjunct Research Fellow and Visiting Lecturer at the UWA Law School, University of Western Australia, where he researches and teaches in the area of private law. He is also a D.Phil. candidate at Magdalen College, Oxford, studying specific restitution. His research focuses upon the law of unjust enrichment, trusts, contract and tort. Cooney has had articles and notes published in leading English and Australian law journals, including the Law Quarterly Review, Lloyd's Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly, the Australian Law Journal, the Journal of Equity, and the University of Western Australia Law Review, among others.
