Gabriel Pasquarelli-do-Nascimento is a researcher at Universidade de Brasília. He earned a BSc in Biotechnology from the University of Brasília in 2015, including a sandwich period at Carleton University in Canada. He has conducted graduate work through the Graduate Program in Molecular Pathology at UnB and is affiliated with the Laboratory of Immunology and Inflammation in the Department of Cell Biology.
His research centers on immunology, cell biology, and molecular biology, with contributions to studies on ovarian cancer modulation by omega-3 fatty acids, the effects of obesity on T-cell responses and adipose tissue, and related topics in inflammation and metabolism. He has co-authored peer-reviewed papers in these areas while based at UnB.
