Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani is the Dean of the College of Science at Al-Mustaqbal University College. He holds the academic rank of Professor and Assistant Professor, as noted in various official university announcements. In this leadership position, he oversees the college's operations, including seven specialized departments such as Medical Biotechnology, Medical Physics, Cyber Security, Biochemistry Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, Forensic Evidence, and Intelligent Medical Systems. Under his deanship, the College of Science emphasizes academic excellence, scientific research, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.

Dr. Al-Sultani has actively participated in numerous college events and administrative activities. On September 19, 2025, he welcomed students and faculty to the new 2025-2026 academic year. In February 2025, he conducted an extensive meeting with the Medical Physics Department staff to outline scientific research plans. He has held regular meetings with department heads and rapporteurs to prepare for final examinations and discuss academic matters, such as on December 3, 2025, and April 2026. He honored fourth-year Medical Physics students on March 18, 2025, for publishing research in an international journal and was himself honored alongside the department head on January 22, 2025. In October 2025, he commended top-performing students and sustainability students during a special ceremony. Dr. Al-Sultani delivered welcoming speeches to first-year students, including on December 17, 2025, and February 12, 2026. He visited the Medical Biotechnology Department's booth during the Future Sustainability Ambassadors Camp and supported seminars on invasive plants in Iraq as an environmental threat. The college inaugurated an awareness exhibition against violence toward women on March 16, 2026, under his leadership. He represented the college in a delegation to the University of Technology on March 8, 2026, and extended congratulations on holidays and achievements to faculty, staff, and students throughout 2025 and 2026. His efforts promote student success, research publication, and inter-institutional collaboration.
