Dr. Flordeliza E. Alvendia served as an Associate Professor V in the College of Education at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), where she held a Doctor in Educational Management (DEM). With a career spanning over 35 years, she was recognized in the PUP Gawad Parangal 2021 for her dedicated service as a College of Education faculty member and University Registrar.
