Farhad Aliyev is an assistant professor in Political Science at Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy, listed under Philosophy in the School of Education at ADA University, where he has been teaching since 2017. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, earned in 2011. In 2010, he authored 'Eurasianism and its Implications for Azerbaijan' in ADA Biweekly (Vol. 3, No. 11, June 1), analyzing the potential influences of Eurasianist thought on Azerbaijan's strategic choices. More recently, in 2023, he co-authored 'Role of Azerbaijan in Maintaining Energy Security of Europe' with Jeyhun Rzayev, published in Studia Wschodnioeuropejskie (Nr 18), which details Azerbaijan's contributions to European energy stability through pipelines and partnerships. These works highlight his engagement with geopolitical and energy policy issues central to the Caucasus region.
