Professor Elizabeth Martin AO is an Emeritus Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney, holding appointments in the Sydney Dental School as Chair for Tooth Conservation and Coordinator for Clinical activities. Promoted to full Professor in 2016, she has made significant contributions to dental education, research, and professional service. Her academic background includes BDS (Hons), MDS, PhD—focused on the microbiology and molecular biology of dental caries—and FRACDS designation as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
