Dolores Alabrodzinski, M.S.N., R.N., is an Associate Professor and Assistant Program Director in the Nursing department at Harcum College. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Villanova University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of New Jersey, and Registered Nurse diploma from Misericordia Hospital. With 38 years of experience teaching nursing, she instructs students in emergency department and operating room nursing. Alabrodzinski is an expert in the Systematic Plan of Evaluation, essential for nursing program accreditation. Her office is located in OMGC Room 57, and she is listed in the college's faculty directory and media guide as a key contact for nursing education, emergency and operating room nursing expertise.
Alabrodzinski actively contributes to professional nursing organizations, serving as Treasurer for the Pennsylvania League for Nursing and as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international nursing honor society. At Harcum College, she participates in nursing program leadership, including student awards presentations and advisory board activities. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Nursing Education at Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, where she delivered the 93rd commencement address on May 24, 2007, and previously held the position of Director of Nursing Education at the Episcopal School of Nursing. These appointments reflect her longstanding commitment and leadership in nursing education across institutions.
