Denise Lindsay serves as Head of Organisational Development in the Human Resources Division at the University of Otago. She holds the Chartered MCIPD qualification. Lindsay is listed as the key contact for numerous equity and diversity-related initiatives and resources, including Equity at Otago, Women at Otago, University of Otago Equity Reports, equity and diversity policies and professional development, equity and diversity in the workplace, information for parents, disability information, and the Affirmative Action Policy. She is a member of the Equity Advisory Committee. Additionally, she is the contact person for the Te Manahua (NZUWiL) New Zealand Universities Women in Leadership programme. In 2018, she was identified as the University development and equity recruitment manager.
