Dr. D. Raja Jebasingh is an Associate Professor in Human Resources Management and former Vice Principal (Liaison) at St. Joseph's College of Commerce (Autonomous), Bengaluru, where he has served since December 2008. He possesses a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (2010), M.Phil. from Jamal Mohamed College (2001), M.Com. from St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli (1999), MBA from Pondicherry University (2014), and PGDCA. With 19 years of teaching and research experience, his prior roles include Assistant Professor and Head of Department of Commerce at Nehru College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore (2005-2008), and UGC Major Research Project Fellow at SNR Sons College, Coimbatore (2002-2005). He teaches subjects such as research methodology, organisational behaviour, international human resources management, industrial relations, labour law, and principles of HRM at postgraduate and doctoral levels.

Dr. Jebasingh is a recognized Ph.D. guide for Bangalore University, having supervised theses including "A study on Marketing of Agricultural commodities: Special reference to Tumkur District of Karnataka" by Sathisha S.M., "A study of performance between Indian and Foreign Banks offering investment Banking Service" by Ms. Vedapradha (co-guide), and "An Inquiry into the Customer Satisfaction on the Effect of E-Commerce Based Flight Bookings in Bengaluru City" by Ms. K. Lalitha (co-guide). Ongoing Ph.D. supervisions encompass green marketing in SMEs by Ms. Mallika D S, human resource audit in IT MNCs by Ms. Divya Shree, and price discovery in futures markets by Ms. Minu M. His publications include books "Tourism Marketing" (2020), "Research Methods for Management including PRA" (2019), "HRD Climate in Health Care Industry" (2017), and "Organisational Behaviour" (2013), alongside journal articles such as "A Study To Understand Adoption Of Green Marketing By SMEs" (2023, with Mallika D S), "An empirical study on audit of human resource management" (2022, with Divya Shree V), and multiple pieces in Chartered Secretary Journal (2022-2023) with Dr. L S Sridhar on ESG investing, corporate bonds, and digital transformation. As Co-Principal Investigator, he works on the "Blue Economy and Social Inclusion" project. He serves on editorial teams, academic boards, and as journal reviewer, resource person, and holds recognitions like NPTEL brand ambassador (2024) and IGNOU empaneled counsellor (2024).
