Prof. (Dr.) Bhavna Agarwal is the Director of KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education (KCCILHE), Greater Noida, part of KCC Institutes. The institute, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), offers programs in law, management, mass communication, and higher education fields such as BBA, BCA, and five-year integrated law courses.
