Beckha Warwick is a registered Occupational Therapist employed as a Mental Health Support Clinician within the Mental Health and Wellbeing team at the University of Otago's Student Health Services, part of the Division of Health Sciences. Originally from Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), she relocated to Ōtepoti (Dunedin) to pursue her studies at the University of Otago and Otago Polytechnic. Beckha joined Student Health in 2026, drawing on her prior professional experience in mental health services supporting both adults and students.
In her current role, Beckha conducts initial assessments for students seeking mental health support, delivers crisis resolution, provides brief interventions, and facilitates referrals to appropriate services to ensure effective care pathways. Her contributions help foster a supportive environment for student wellbeing at the University of Otago.
