Becca Julian is a Laboratory Technician, Tutor, and Demonstrator in the School of Physical Education, Sport and Exercise Sciences at the University of Otago. This role involves supporting laboratory operations, tutoring students, and demonstrating practical exercises in sport and exercise sciences within the Division of Health Sciences. She contributes to the educational and technical aspects of the department located in Dunedin, New Zealand.
Julian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Otago, with a major in Sport and Exercise Science and a minor in Human Nutrition, which she completed recently. Previously, from November 2022 to June 2023, she worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Surgical Sciences at the University of Otago. She has also presented research findings at the Sport and Exercise Science New Zealand (SESNZ) 2024 conference on the topic 'Does aerobic fitness modulate the effects of dehydration in females?' in the Exercise and Women's Health session.
