Professor Dr. Aung Kyaw Oo is the Professor and Head of the Department of Periodontology at the University of Dental Medicine, Yangon. He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.), Diploma in Dental Science (Dip.D.Sc.), Master of Dental Science (M.D.Sc.), and Doctor of Dental Science (Dr.D.Sc.) in Periodontology. In addition, he has obtained a Certificate in Implantology from Mahidol University, Thailand, and a Diploma in Medical Education (Dip. Med.Ed.).
