Rate My Professor Atul Patil

Atul Anandrao Patil serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Shri Gulabrao Deokar College of Pharmacy, Jalgaon. He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Smt S.S. Patil College of Pharmacy, Jalgaon, under North Maharashtra University in 2006, achieving first class with 64.02 percent marks. He subsequently obtained a Master of Pharmacy degree specializing in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from SKB College of Pharmacy, Nagpur, under Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University in 2008, securing first class with 69.27 percent marks.

Prior to his academic appointment, Patil accumulated extensive professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He worked as a Scientist at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. in Mumbai starting in August 2008 for five years and eight months. He then held the position of Senior Executive at Watson or Teva R&D from February 2014 until January 2019, totaling four years and three months of service. In February 2019, he joined Shri Gulabrao Deokar College of Pharmacy, Jalgaon, as Assistant Professor and continues in this role on a regular basis with university approval. Throughout his career, Patil has guided seventeen postgraduate students. He has authored four publications in national journals and delivered seven presentations at conferences. His total experience spans more than fifteen years combining industry and academic settings.
