Dr. Anupama K. Malagi serves as Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at RV Institute of Management, Bengaluru, where she also holds positions as IQAC Convenor, Coordinator of the Teaching Learning Centre, Centre for International Collaborations, and the Department of Human Resource Management. With over 24 years of teaching and administrative experience, her academic background includes a Ph.D. from Karnataka University, Dharwad; MBA in HR (Gold Medalist); M.A. and M.Phil. in Economics; B.Ed.; Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD; UGC NET; and B.Sc. Her research specializations encompass Human Resource Management, Economics, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behaviour, and Performance Management.

Dr. Malagi's scholarly contributions include publications such as "Consumer Awareness and Perception towards Electric Vehicles with Specific Reference to Bengaluru City" (Journal of Positive School Psychology, 2022), "Innovative HR practices to improve socio-economic conditions of women workers in garment industry-An Empirical Study" (IOSR Journal of Business and Management, 2013), "Malnutrition Among Selected Women Construction Workers in Bengaluru" (2024), and "Unlocking the Value of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management Through Effective Implementation and Usage" (2024).
