Angela Bevilacqua serves as a Unit Coordinator and Lecturer at Curtin College in the Greater Perth Area, Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Edith Cowan University, completed between 2001 and 2003, with majors in Business, Marketing, and Management of Information Systems. Prior to her current role, Bevilacqua worked at Edith Cowan University and Edith Cowan College, building her experience in higher education and student support.
Bevilacqua was recognized during Curtin College's World Teachers' Day celebrations for her transformative leadership in Business Information Systems and Strategic Career Design. Her innovative teaching methods and curriculum development have empowered students to succeed in their academic and professional journeys. She has also made contributions to research in the accounting and finance sector. Bevilacqua assisted in gathering and analysing data for the 2021 publication 'Sustainable graduate accounting and finance career pathways: A multi-stakeholder approach,' involving collaboration with academics from institutions including Curtin University and Edith Cowan University. Additionally, she supported the CPA Australia report 'Strategies for managing barriers to technology adoption in accounting education,' aiding in data collection alongside experts from Curtin Law School.
