Andrea Wei is a Clinical Physiologist at the WellSleep Sleep Investigation Centre, part of the University of Otago Wellington within the Division of Health Sciences. Located at Bowen Hospital in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences Building, the centre specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, with a primary focus on respiratory and sleep medicine. Andrea Wei is part of the clinical physiologists team, working alongside colleagues such as Senior Clinical Physiologist Helen Hills, Jordan Joe, Lizzie Zheng, Michi Imazu, and Olivia Taylor. The centre is directed by Professor Alister Neill, Professor of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine, and includes specialist consultants like Dr Andrew Davies and Professor Dawn Elder.
In her research contributions, Andrea Wei has participated in data collection for studies on infant nutrition and household food security in New Zealand families.
