Andrea Heaven is the Senior Administrator in the Vice-Chancellor's Office at the University of Otago. She provides high-level administration and operational support to the Vice-Chancellor's Office, giving advice and direction on complex administrative tasks and functions. Andrea possesses extensive knowledge and expertise of the University’s systems, processes, people, and policies, having held a variety of roles within the University since 2003.
