Rate My Professor Andrada Ianus

Dr Andrada Ianus is a Lecturer in Healthcare Engineering at the School of Biomedical Engineering & Imaging Sciences, King's College London. Her research focuses on the development of novel quantitative MRI approaches to characterize tissue microstructure and function. She previously held a position as Research Fellow in Biomedical Imaging at the UCL Microstructure Imaging Group in the Department of Computer Science at University College London and as Junior Leader Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Champalimaud Foundation. Dr Ianus has received an ERC Starting Grant to advance ultra-high definition Magnetic Resonance Imaging for the early detection of liver metastases. Her contributions span preclinical MRI, imaging physics and engineering, with emphasis on non-invasive techniques for tissue characterization.
