About Allison

Allison Adams serves as Nursing Professor, Nursing Department Head, and Simulation Lab Professor at Fletcher Technical Community College in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) from Nicholls State University. Certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Nurse Educator (CNE), Adams leads the Nursing and Allied Health division's simulation laboratory, where she facilitates hands-on training for students in realistic clinical scenarios. Her roles encompass program coordination and instruction across several nursing pathways offered by the college.

Adams instructs in the Associate of Science in Nursing program, Practical Nursing to Associate of Science in Nursing, Certificate of General Studies in Nursing, and Medical Clinical Assistant certificate program. Documented in college catalogs from 2013-2014 through 2023-2024, her faculty tenure reflects sustained commitment to nursing education.
