Dr Ali Valdor served as Clinical Associate Lecturer in Exercise and Sports Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland from March 2022 to June 2025. He was affiliated with the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences in the Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences. As course coordinator and lecturer, he delivered instruction in key practicum courses for clinical exercise physiology students. These courses included EXMD4701 Clinical Exercise Physiology Practicum A, EXMD4702 Clinical Exercise Physiology Practicum B, HMST3001 Human Movement and Sports Science Practicum, HMST4314 Advanced Practicum in Human Movement and Sports Science, and he acted as facilitator for EXMD3372. These programs are designed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge aligned with Exercise and Sport Science Australia accreditation standards for professional practice in clinical settings. Dr Ali Valdor obtained his Doctorate in Research (health) from Queensland University of Technology, completing it between 2017 and 2022. He has held a Sessional Academic position in the Faculty of Health at QUT since 2015. Currently, Dr Valdor is Lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast in the School of Health, Sport and Exercise. There, he serves as course coordinator for SPX402 Clinical Exercise Physiology Professional Practicum I and SPX403 Clinical Exercise Physiology Professional Practicum II.
