Prof. Alex O. Akpodiete is an adjunct professor of cybersecurity and computer forensics at Curtin University Dubai. Possessing over 20 years of expertise in technology governance, regulatory risk management, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and artificial intelligence, he currently serves as CEO of Atawa Technologies & Training Institute, founded in 2015, where he develops trustworthy AI solutions and delivers specialized training. Akpodiete earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), while pursuing doctoral studies in cybersecurity leadership.
