Prof. Dr. Alessandro Monti is Professor of Corporate Management & Organization and Dean of the Department at CBS International Business School in Cologne, Germany. In addition, he has served as Academic Director of MBA Programmes. As a dedicated educator, he lectures on marketing, pricing, sales, and digital transformation, while also acting as an advisor and coach specializing in pricing, sales, and marketing strategies.
Monti's research specializations encompass pricing policies, brand management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), value creation, platform economics, and economic history. His key publications include the 2022 chapter 'Monetisierungs- und Preispolitik in der Plattformökonomie – Implikationen und Handlungsempfehlungen' in 'Plattformökonomie im Gesundheitswesen,' edited by C.
