Description
The Department of Pathology and Cell Biology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center seeks a highly qualified Staff Associate I to support studies of human tissue immunity. Responsibilities will isolation of primary immune cells (macrophages, T cells and B cells) from tissues including intestine, pancreas, lymph node, spleen and peripheral blood in addition to lab management responsibilities including reagent preparation, and inventory management. A major component of this position will also include data curation and analysis; including organization and processing of large single-cell transcriptomics and multiomics datasets as well as large multiplex imaging datasets.
