In research, the professorship is expected to focus on the impact of marketing activities on consumer behavior with regard to economic, ecological and/or social sustainability. The research activities should be compatible with the School’s cross-sectional topic Legitimacy & Responsibility and show connections to the cluster "Marketing & Innovation." A methodological orientation with a focus on experimental studies (laboratory and field experiments) and empirical modeling is expected. Experience in the acquisition and implementation of third-party funded projects as well as a general interest in engagement with Open Science activities at the School are also desirable.
In teaching, the professorship should contribute to the School's bachelor, master and doctoral pro-grams, both through special courses and basic courses in Marketing including aspects of Innovation- management. Teaching is to be held both in English and - at least in the medium term - in German....
