POSITION DESCRIPTION The Department of Radiological Sciences at UCLA is seeking a highly motivated researcher to join Diagnostic Radiology as a Postdoctoral Scholar. The successful candidate will work on multiple neuroradiology research projects under my direct supervision. The projects include developing methodologies to assess collateral circulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke; evaluate a variety of CT and MR techniques including perfusion imaging in determination of the collateral status and will develop automated feature extraction by applying machine learning techniques; work and help with projects involving advanced imaging techniques such as Na MRI and CEST in assessment of patients with stroke and cerebrovascular disorders.
