We are offering a PhD fellowship in Functional Genetics commencing 1 July 2023. Our group and research The overarching goal of my research is to understand mechanisms underlying maintenance of genome stability in mammalian cells, and how impairments of these mechanisms cause diseases such as familial breast cancer. Based on this foundational understanding, we aim to find new targets for cancer therapy as well as improve current therapies. We are a group of approx. 12 researchers that work in close contact with clinical collaborators.
