POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Human Developmental Sciences (HDS) program at the University of California, San Diego is committed to building an excellent and diverse faculty, staff, and student body. We are currently accepting applications from candidates whose experience has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to teach in the 2022-23 academic year as temporary non-tenure track lecturers (Unit 18).
HDS is an interdisciplinary program, examining growth and change from birth through adolescence and into older ages, and is designed to emphasize the idea of development as an essential perspective from which to understand human behavior. An important aspect of the program is the emphasis on the integration of information across different developmental perspectives, including coursework divided into three (3) areas of concentration:
