POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Ethnic Studies Department at the University of California, San Diego is committed to building an excellent and diverse faculty, staff, and student body, and invites applicants whose experience have prepared them to contribute to our commitment.
The Department is looking for multiple Lecturers with demonstrated teaching experience in related disciplines ranging from race and social movements, to cultural and media studies, to legal and science studies. Appointments will range from part-time to full-time and may be extended. Course-loads will range from one course in one quarter up to nine courses over a full academic year - depending on the department's needs and the qualifications of the candidate - and will be determined at time of hire.
